Upon graduation, I was employed at St. Mary of the Plains College, 1965-1967, where I taught business education subjects and served as an administrator of the men's dorm. From 1967-1972, I served in the U.S. Army, including one year in Vietnam. In 1972, I obtained a teaching position in Columbus, Georgia and have been here ever since. I retired from Columbus Technical College in 2001, but continued teaching part-time 2011.

Note: My wife, Ramona, passed away 02-22-2022.

Just a note: My name is David Jesus Rodriguez, and I was born and raised in Elkhart, Kansas. I noticed that my last name was spelled Rodriquez on the list to select your name, but this is incorrect. This error happens frequently.

I lost my wife, Ramona, on 02-22-22. She was undergoing chemo, and contracted COVID, which she was unable to overcome. We were married for 50 years, and July 31 would have been 51 years. Will miss her forever.
