Chris, we were so glad to meet you at the Kingman County Courthouse on October 12 last year at the Sheriff sale. Glad Ellen was wearing her hat with the SMPC pin on it.

Today we found out you had a birthday last month on tomorrows date. We also found out you are 1 month less than 10 years younger than Ellen. Although Dave is the SMPC alumnus, Ellen has been to enough reunions that she feels she is an alum by proxy.

We are planning on putting a storage garage/shed on the property bought that day. We have already talked with the contractor about an early spring build.

So, a belated Happy Birthday, and hope to see you again.
